This 27-year-old woman had inverted nipples on both breasts that frequently and spontaneously externalize. She was offered nonsurgical treatment with a Niplette device. Instead, the patient chose surgical correction because of its permanence and a high degree of success. Surgery was performed with the following notables:

• 30-minute procedure
• outpatient surgery
• local anesthesia
• bilateral grade 1 inverted nipples
• interferes with future ability to breastfeed  

The photographs were taken immediately before and after surgery.
